By downloading, installing, or using YourVoiceCraft ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use YourVoiceCraft for personal or commercial purposes on a single Mac that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software or any of its components, including voice adapters.
The free version of YourVoiceCraft includes pre-built voice adapters and is provided at no cost. Custom voice training is a separate paid service. Pricing and terms for custom training will be communicated before any work begins.
YourVoiceCraft, including its code, design, and pre-built voice adapters, is the intellectual property of YourVoiceCraft. You retain full ownership of any writing samples you provide and any content generated using the Software.
You are solely responsible for the writing samples you provide and the content you generate using YourVoiceCraft. You represent that you have the right to use any writing samples you submit for custom voice training.
YourVoiceCraft processes all data locally on your machine. We do not access, collect, or store your writing samples or generated content through the Software itself. If you use the custom voice training service, writing samples you send us by email are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
YourVoiceCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourVoiceCraft and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Software.
YourVoiceCraft requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4), macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, and 16 GB of RAM. We are not responsible for issues arising from use on unsupported hardware or operating systems.
YourVoiceCraft uses open-source components including Apple's MLX framework and Mistral language models. These components are subject to their own licenses. Your use of YourVoiceCraft constitutes acceptance of those licenses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
