YourVoiceCraft (the “Service”) is operated by Arvoinen.AI LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service lets you analyze your writing, train private writing-voice models on your own text, and generate or evaluate text in your voice. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

Our core promise: your documents stay on our own servers.The text you paste, upload, or import, the voice models we train from it, and the outputs you generate are stored on infrastructure we operate and are never sent to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) as part of the product, never used to train models for other users, and never sold.

What we collect: your email address; the writing you choose to submit; generated outputs and reports; and basic usage data (pages visited, timestamps, coarse IP, and GPU-usage metering) needed to run, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use it: to provide the Service, train your private models, meter fair use, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Encryption. All traffic between you and the Service, and between our servers and the GPU that runs your model, is encrypted in transit (TLS). Backups of your data are encrypted at rest.

Being straight about what “private” means. Running on our own hardware means no outside AI vendor ever sees your writing — but it does not mean your data is sealed away even from us. To train a model on your writing and to help you when something breaks, the people who operate the Service can access your files. Our privacy is a set of commitments we keep, not a cryptographic guarantee, and we would rather say so plainly than oversell it.

Private mode. If you would rather we keep nothing, turn on Private mode in The Weeds: with it on, your prompts, generations, history, and project memory are processed and then discarded — never written to our servers. (Your trained model and the writing you uploaded to build it remain, because they are the product.) The trade-off is no History and no cross-session memory.

Retention & deletion: we keep your data while your account is active. Accounts left inactive for 12 months are deleted automatically — we email you first, with 30 days’ notice, so a simple sign-in keeps everything. You may request export or permanent deletion of your writing, models, and account at any time by emailing hello@yourvoicecraft.ai; we honor deletion requests promptly. Deleting your account removes your corpus and trained models from our systems.

All paid plans include unlimited everyday use — rewrite, draft, continue, and evaluate as much as your writing needs. “Unlimited” is governed by this fair-use policy so that a small number of extreme cases cannot degrade the Service for everyone else.

Each plan carries a generous monthly usage allowance (measured by the compute your activity consumes). The vast majority of writers never approach it. If an account consistently exceeds it, we will first reach out; we may then lower processing priority at peak times, or, only in cases of clear abuse — automated/scripted access, reselling access, or scraping — suspend the account. We aim to slow, not cut, and to talk with you before taking action. Usage that looks like a person writing is always welcome.

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe others’ rights; generate content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, or that is unlawful, harassing, or hateful; upload writing you do not have the right to use; attempt to access other accounts or our infrastructure; or use automated means to extract the Service’s models, prompts, or data. You retain ownership of the writing you upload and the outputs you generate.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and range from $29 to $129 per month depending on tier. During the beta, access is by invitation and free coupons may be issued in lieu of payment. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. Because the Service incurs per-account compute cost, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law — if something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.

The Service’s software, interface, prompts, engines, and the fine-tuned base models are our proprietary property. Your voice model is trained for you from your writing and used to serve you; you may request its deletion at any time. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service or its models.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
